International Orders: Gentle Roots now ships to United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand. Customers outside the UK should be aware that delivery times vary due to customs processing, postal delays, and local courier services.

Estimated Delivery Times: 5-20 business days. Delivery times may be subject to unexpected delays due to customs clearance. These delays are beyond our control, and we are unable to guarantee exact arrival dates.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: - International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. -Gentle Roots is not responsible for any customs charges or delays. If customs fees are unpaid and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees). -We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to determine if any additional charges may apply.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments: If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect shipping details, or failure to collect, the courier may return or dispose of the package. If returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding all shipping and handling fees. If not returned, no refund will be issued. Gentle Roots is not responsible for lost or abandoned shipments. Once a parcel is refused or unclaimed, its final handling is determined by the postal service or customs authorities.

Incorrect Address Entries: Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delivered to the incorrect address due to customer error, Gentle Roots is not liable for retrieval, replacement, or refunds. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover additional shipping fees for reshipment. If the package is not returned, no refund or replacement will be issued.
