  • Contact information for the relevant person in your business.

  • A brief description of your business, including why you’d like to stock Gentle Roots products and how they align with your offerings.

  • The specific products you are interested in and the quantities you wish to purchase.

Wholesale Terms:

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities, which will vary based on your specific needs. Please contact us to discuss the details.

  • Pricing: Wholesale pricing is available upon request and depends on the order quantity. We offer competitive rates for bulk purchases to ensure mutual benefit.

  • Payment Terms: Payment for all wholesale orders is due in full prior to dispatch. We accept payments via Wix’s payment system or PayPal. Payment arrangements for repeat wholesale customers may be discussed.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We will provide accurate shipping estimates during the order confirmation process. Delivery timelines will be agreed upon when finalising the order.

  • Custom Orders: We offer custom gift sets where you can choose different products to include in the set. The price will vary depending on the products selected. For other customisations, please contact us for further details.

  • Returns and Refunds: Wholesale orders are generally non-refundable unless the product is defective. If an item is defective, businesses must provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt and may be required to return the item if requested.
